How do I add FieldRobin's AI chatbot to my business's website?

In FieldRobin, open Customer Chat > Setup. Enable website chat, approve your domain, then add the business-specific install code to your site.

You need a FieldRobin account and a plan that includes Customer Chat.

Open Customer Chat > Setup and turn on Enable website chat.
Add your website domain under Approved website domains.
Copy the Install code and place the business-specific snippet just before the closing </body> tag on your approved website. If your site builder has a site-wide custom-code section, you can add it there. Publish your website after adding the snippet.
To let AI reply to visitors, turn on Let AI answer. Add and approve FAQ answers or reviewed website imports under Approved answers.

When AI replies pause, visitors can still send messages and service requests. Your team can still reply.

Pro and Team include 500 completed AI replies per business, per billing period. If you need more, add 500 replies for $29/month. Ask AI credits are separate.

How FieldRobin uses AI

Ask AI answers questions for signed-in team members. AI agents run selected tasks. Customer Chat can answer website visitors automatically when enabled, using sources the business approves.

Review proposed messages and record changes from AI agent tasks in the approval queue before approving them. Ask AI only uses records your account can access.
