# AI Assistant

## Summary

FieldRobin includes approval-first AI assistance for drafts and optional automated workflows. It does not silently message customers by default.

## Informational Assistance

AI can help draft review requests, payment reminders, referral asks, lead follow-ups, job summaries from voice notes, and in-app assistant replies about your workspace data you already have access to.

## Suggested Actions

The assistant may propose actions (create a job, draft a message). Proposals are shown for review.

## Automated Actions

Scheduled automations (for example review or invoice reminders) can queue drafts or sends only according to plan entitlements and workspace settings you configure.

## Actions Requiring Approval

Shadow mode: by default, outbound customer-facing messages wait for your approval. You can edit or reject drafts.

## Not Currently Supported / Not Claimed

FieldRobin does not guarantee Google review outcomes, win rates, or government contract awards. It does not submit bids to SAM.gov. It does not invent customer statistics for marketing.
