### How many AI replies are included?

Pro and Team include 500 completed Customer Chat AI replies per business, per billing period. After you use them, add 500 more for $29 per month or wait for the allowance to reset. This is separate from Ask AI credits.

### What happens when the included replies run out?

AI replies pause until the allowance resets or you add more replies. Visitors can still send messages, your team can still reply, and service requests still work.

### How do I install the chat widget?

In FieldRobin, open Customer Chat > Setup, approve your website domain, then copy the business-specific install code into your website. See the setup guide for details.
