# FieldRobin Security Overview

## Summary

FieldRobin protects business accounts and customer records. Public AI discovery endpoints expose only marketing and documentation content—never tenant CRM, jobs, invoices, messages, or billing records.

## Practices

- Authenticated workspaces require sign-in.
- Role-based access controls limit who can view or change business data.
- Outbound messaging supports approval-first (shadow) mode by default.
- Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
- You can export or delete account data subject to the Privacy Policy and product tools.

## What Is Not Public

- Customer records, jobs, estimates, invoices, payments
- Technician locations and internal notes
- Messages, phone numbers, emails not already displayed on public marketing pages
- API keys, tokens, secrets, and session cookies
- Admin and platform operator tooling
- Government contract alert preferences and saved searches
