What each role can do in this business (workspace scope).
Owner
Owns this business, holds subscription billing on the owning account, and can invite people (on plans that include team seats), change roles, remove members, and configure Operations dashboard access for the team.
Admin
Can invite and remove members (within plan limits), set roles between member and admin, and edit the Operations access matrix. Cannot remove the owner row or change ownership from here.
Member
Day-to-day work in the app. Operations sidebar and pages may be hidden per person based on the access matrix; other areas follow plan entitlements for the business.
