# Ask AI About Jobs, Customers, and Invoices

## Summary

FieldRobin has three separate AI workflows: Ask AI for signed-in workspace questions, AI agents for selected tasks that need review, and Customer Chat for website visitors.

## Informational Assistance

Ask AI answers questions about jobs, customers, and invoices the signed-in user can access. It can prepare summaries and drafts. Voice capture can transcribe audio or use pasted text to prepare fields for review.

## Suggested Actions

AI agents run a task selected from the workspace catalog, such as a review request, invoice reminder, lead outreach, or customer follow-up. Review the draft or proposed action in the approval queue.

## Automated Actions

Customer Chat is a website widget. When the business enables AI replies, the widget answers from approved FAQ or reviewed website sources. Pro and Team include 500 completed AI replies per business each month; an additional 500 replies cost $29 per month. This allowance is separate from Ask AI credits.

## Actions Requiring Approval

Ask AI proposals and AI-agent customer messages or workspace changes wait for approval. Customer Chat can answer visitors automatically when the business enables AI replies; its answer sources must be approved first.

## Not Currently Supported / Not Claimed

FieldRobin does not guarantee Google review outcomes, win rates, or government contract awards. It does not submit bids to SAM.gov. It does not invent customer statistics for marketing.
