FieldRobin separates public marketing content from authenticated workspace data. Public AI discovery endpoints never expose customer, job, invoice, message, or billing records.
Practices
- Authenticated workspaces require sign-in.
- Role-based access limits who can view or change business data.
- Outbound messaging supports approval-first (shadow) mode by default.
- Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
- You can export or delete account data subject to the Privacy Policy and product tools.
Not public
- Customer records, jobs, estimates, invoices, payments
- Technician locations and internal notes
- Messages and contact details that are not already on marketing pages
- API keys, tokens, secrets, and session cookies
- Admin and platform operator tooling
- Government contract alert preferences and saved searches
