By accessing or using FieldRobin at https://fieldrobin.com, including our web app and mobile applications, you agree to these Terms.

FieldRobin helps service businesses manage leads, customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, reminders, review requests, Google review workflows, and AI-assisted operations.

You must be at least 18 years old and are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.

You must keep credentials confidential, use reasonable security practices, and notify FieldRobin of suspected compromise. FieldRobin may require additional security measures for privileged users, including multi-factor authentication. If you create API or integration tokens, you are responsible for their use until they are revoked or expired.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. App Store and Google Play billing are governed by their respective store policies.

We may offer trials or promotional pricing and may update pricing with notice where required.

You may not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or infringing conduct, including spam, unauthorized messaging, fake reviews, review gating, or attempts to manipulate third-party review platforms.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and documenting any consent, permissions, and notices required before sending SMS, email, or other outreach through FieldRobin, including review requests and follow-ups. You must honor opt-out requests, applicable quiet-hour settings, and laws such as TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and similar regulations in your jurisdiction.

Review features let you request feedback after completed work, send follow-up reminders when configured, track link engagement, log reviews manually, and—if enabled—connect Google Business Profile to sync public reviews and post replies you approve. You agree that: (a) you will only message customers with a lawful basis and valid contact details; (b) you will provide an accurate Google review destination URL you are authorized to use; (c) you will not send duplicate requests after a customer has already reviewed or opted out unless you have a lawful reason to do so; (d) you will not offer incentives that violate Google or other platform policies; (e) you will not post misleading, defamatory, or policy-violating replies; and (f) you remain responsible for content sent to customers and replies published on your connected profiles.

If you connect Google Business Profile, you represent that you own or are authorized to manage each connected business and location. You grant FieldRobin permission to access and process GBP review/location data solely to provide the Service. You remain responsible for review replies you publish through FieldRobin. You must not use FieldRobin to manipulate unauthorized listings, spam reviews, or violate Google policies. Google terms and policies also apply. FieldRobin may throttle, pause, suspend, or disable GBP features for abuse risk, revoked access, quota protection, or policy/security compliance. Disconnecting Google stops future GBP sync/API access for that connection and disables any stored GBP notification/subscription state for that connection.

AI outputs are assistance only and must be reviewed before customer-facing use, including suggested review replies.

If you request support, FieldRobin may access your account as reasonably necessary to investigate, troubleshoot, secure, or resolve the issue. Where support impersonation is used, FieldRobin uses short-lived, audited sessions with additional security controls. You authorize this access when you request or approve support related to your account, subject to applicable law and our internal security procedures.

You retain ownership of your data and grant FieldRobin a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display it as needed to provide and secure the Service.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and permissions associated with customer and contact data you submit to the Service. You must provide required privacy notices and obtain any required rights or consents before using customer data with FieldRobin.

Use of mobile apps must comply with app store terms and supported platform requirements.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, security risk, abuse of messaging or review features, or legal reasons.

The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldRobin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for actions taken by third parties such as Google, carriers, or email providers. Our aggregate liability is limited as described by these Terms and applicable law.

You agree to indemnify FieldRobin for claims arising from your use of the Service, your customer outreach, review requests, connected Google profiles, or violations of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by Texas law, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes are posted at fieldrobin.com means acceptance of the revised Terms.
